In this role, you will be the face of our premier residential and commercial developments. You will engage with prospective buyers, understand their lifestyle and investment needs, and guide them through their property ownership journey. From showcasing properties to sealing high-value deals, you will have the support of a renowned brand and an attractive commission structure that rewards your drive and ambition.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive property sales for residential and commercial projects to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and conduct detailed property presentations at sales galleries or roadshows.
  • Guide prospective buyers through the entire purchasing cycle, including loan application processes and SPA signing.
  • Perform market research and stay updated on real estate trends to provide valuable insights to potential buyers.
  • Follow up diligently with hot leads, prospects, and existing clients to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports, track customer interactions, and assist with property administrative duties as required.
  • Participate in marketing events, property launches, and promotional campaigns to generate fresh leads.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or high-value customer service roles is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin/Chinese (to assist Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Strong self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays (rest days on weekdays).
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license, with willingness to travel around the Klang area.
