Tanggung Jawab
- Present and sell property listings to potential clients in Babelan and surrounding areas
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features, benefits, and investment potential
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to generate leads and promote property listings
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in property sales or real estate is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and real estate software
- Knowledge of local property market in Babelan and surrounding areas is a plus
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property viewings
