Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze project specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates and technical proposals
- Develop comprehensive bid documents including scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility and cost implications
- Research market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive bids
- Coordinate with procurement to obtain accurate supplier quotes and subcontractor bids
- Maintain proposal databases and cost estimation models for continuous improvement
- Present proposals to stakeholders and address technical/commercial inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in proposal development or cost estimation
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinEst) and MS Office Suite
- Strong understanding of piping systems and construction methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Certification in project management or cost estimation is advantageous
