Tanggung Jawab
- Review and evaluate client technical specifications and commercial requirements to determine bid compliance and deviations
- Prepare, compile, and deliver comprehensive technical proposals and bid documentation
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and procurement teams to gather accurate technical data and pricing
- Analyze bid documents for technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with client needs
- Manage proposal development lifecycle from qualification to submission, ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Conduct pre-bid meetings with clients to clarify requirements and demonstrate technical solutions
- Maintain proposal templates and documentation systems for efficient future bid preparation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical proposal writing or engineering sales support
- Strong understanding of automation systems, industrial equipment, and technical specifications
- Proficiency in proposal management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating technical compliance and commercial terms
- Exceptional written communication abilities for creating clear, persuasive technical documents
