Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive technical proposals and bid documents for Oil & Gas projects
- Analyze client requirements to align solutions with process engineering best practices
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project timelines for proposed solutions
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards (ISO, API, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to validate technical specifications
- Present proposals to stakeholders and address technical inquiries
- Maintain proposal library and update industry knowledge regularly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of proposal engineering experience in Oil & Gas sector
- Proficiency in process engineering principles and safety standards
- Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills
- Experience with cost estimation and project planning tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP/Prince2) preferred
