Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals in response to client RFQs and tenders
- Develop accurate cost estimates for engineering projects and system solutions
- Analyze technical specifications to align Yokogawa's products with client requirements
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to gather technical documentation
- Create detailed proposal documents including scope of work, technical drawings, and pricing
- Ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements
- Present proposals to clients and address technical inquiries
- Continuously update proposal templates with latest product information
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel for cost estimation, Word for documentation)
- Strong understanding of industrial instrumentation and control systems
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate into solutions
- Attention to detail and precision in cost calculations and proposal preparation
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of proposal management software is advantageous
