Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client requirements and technical specifications to develop tailored proposal strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including scope of work, pricing, and timelines.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
- Conduct cost estimation and budget analysis to ensure competitive yet profitable pricing.
- Review and update proposal templates and standard documents to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with sales teams to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality presentation of bids.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine proposal tactics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal engineering, technical writing, or sales support.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and engineering principles.
- Proficiency in using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
