In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming complex technical requirements into compelling, accurate, and persuasive proposals. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and sales teams to ensure that every project proposal reflects our commitment to quality and precision, ultimately helping us secure new business opportunities and maintain our market leadership.
As a Proposal Engineer at PT. Caleb Technology, you will play a key role in the pre-sales process, ensuring that our clients receive clear, comprehensive, and competitive documentation. We are looking for a proactive professional who can analyze project scopes, estimate costs effectively, and present technical information in a way that resonates with our potential partners.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze technical requirements and project specifications to develop accurate and comprehensive proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and management, to gather necessary data and insights.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, project timelines, and resource allocations within the proposal framework.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to validate project parameters and ensure proposal accuracy.
- Review and edit technical documentation for clarity, consistency, and compliance with client standards.
- Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, ensuring adherence to deadlines and company branding guidelines.
- Continuously improve proposal templates and strategies to increase win rates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in proposal engineering, technical writing, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and financial figures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
