You will ensure that all proposals accurately reflect engineering capabilities while meeting strict client specifications and deadlines. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review high-quality technical proposals, tender documents, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for BMS and ACMV projects.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical design engineers to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Analyze project specifications and develop robust engineering solutions to support the tendering process.
- Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, from initial inquiry receipt to final submission.
- Conduct cost estimation and pricing analysis to ensure competitive yet profitable tender offers.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify technical queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the sales team by providing engineering expertise during the bidding and negotiation phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in proposal engineering or tender preparation within the building services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Air Conditioning Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and proposal management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat).
- Excellent technical writing and documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is an added advantage.
