Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and produce high-quality technical proposals and bid documents in strict compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct detailed cost estimation, budget analysis, and pricing strategies to ensure competitive commercial positioning.
- Perform rigorous risk assessment and mitigation planning for complex construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather accurate technical data and project requirements.
- Review and validate technical specifications, blueprints, and engineering calculations for accuracy.
- Prepare and present bid strategy recommendations and technical summaries to senior management.
- Manage the end-to-end proposal lifecycle, from initial concept to final submission and follow-up.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in proposal engineering, construction, or geotechnical sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and site conditions.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, and project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
