- Lead end-to-end proposal development lifecycle from requirements gathering to final submission
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and executive teams to align content with client needs
- Develop persuasive narratives that highlight Lexmark's unique value propositions
- Ensure compliance with RFP/RFI guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Manage proposal timelines, resources, and quality assurance processes
- Conduct post-submission analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Maintain centralized proposal library and knowledge management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of proposal management experience in B2B technology sector
- Expertise in RFP/RFI response development and compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in proposal automation tools (e.g., PandaDoc, Qvidian)
- Exceptional writing/editing skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Proven project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in complex document assembly
