Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in the comprehensive Protégé training program covering all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Assist in food preparation, grilling, and plating according to Samurai Yakiniku's strict quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.
- Support the service team in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining table cleanliness.
- Observe and learn inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and rotation.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks and daily opening/closing procedures.
- Uphold stringent hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards within the restaurant.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Malaysian citizen or valid work permit for Malaysia.
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Passionate about the hospitality and F&B industry.
- Strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience in F&B or retail is an advantage, but not required.
