Tanggung Jawab

  • Participate in the comprehensive Protégé training program covering all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Assist in food preparation, grilling, and plating according to Samurai Yakiniku's strict quality standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.
  • Support the service team in taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining table cleanliness.
  • Observe and learn inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and rotation.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks and daily opening/closing procedures.
  • Uphold stringent hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards within the restaurant.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Malaysian citizen or valid work permit for Malaysia.
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate about the hospitality and F&B industry.
  • Strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Previous experience in F&B or retail is an advantage, but not required.
