Tanggung Jawab
- Support the implementation and maintenance of enterprise IT systems and applications
- Collaborate on digital transformation projects including cloud migration and process automation
- Assist in cybersecurity monitoring and incident response protocols
- Participate in user training sessions and technical documentation development
- Contribute to data analytics initiatives and reporting systems
- Shadow senior IT professionals during system audits and compliance checks

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (final year students welcome)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or C#)
