Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain hardware and network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and support logs in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and new technology rollouts.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize network efficiency.
- Respond promptly to support tickets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and SLA adherence.
- Manage inventory of IT hardware and maintain procurement records.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, helpdesk, or IT infrastructure roles.
- Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems and common enterprise software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively in a team environment.
