We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Protection Systems (HV & MV) Section Head to join our dynamic engineering team. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-voltage (HV) and medium-voltage (MV) protection systems, ensuring the reliability and safety of our power infrastructure. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead technical initiatives in Substation Automation (SA), Smart Grid integration, and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI).

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the HV & MV Protection Systems engineering team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design, review, and approve complex protection schemes, logic, and settings for substations and transmission lines.
- Oversee Substation Automation (SA) projects, ensuring seamless integration with SCADA and control systems.
- Drive the implementation of Smart Grid technologies and metering solutions to improve grid intelligence.
- Conduct technical audits, root cause analysis, and failure investigations to optimize system reliability.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local regulations, IEEE, and IEC standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for large-scale protection projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (specializing in Power Systems or High Voltage).
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) registration is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HV/MV protection, control, and switchgear.
- Strong technical expertise in numerical relays, electromechanical relays, and breaker failure protection.
- Proven experience in Substation Automation (SA), IEC 61850, and SCADA systems.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as ETAP, PSS/E, AutoCAD, or CDEGS.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
