Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues across the office.
- Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of server performance and system backups.
- Support the deployment of new IT solutions and software updates across various departments.
- Document IT operational procedures and update internal technical knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure upgrades and project-based assignments.
- Manage user accounts and provide support for corporate communication tools and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with company data security policies and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates (Protege eligibility) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
