Tanggung Jawab
- Support ESH team with administrative tasks including document management and record-keeping
- Assist in maintaining OSHA compliance documentation and safety protocols
- Prepare and submit safety reports, incident reports, and regulatory filings
- Coordinate safety meetings, training sessions, and site inspections
- Monitor construction sites for safety hazards and compliance adherence
- Maintain organized safety databases and digital filing systems
- Assist in developing emergency response plans and safety procedures
- Support contractor safety inductions and safety awareness campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Valid driver's license for site visits (preferred)
