Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve end-user problems following ITIL best practices and escalation protocols
- Document all support tickets, solutions, and system changes in the ITSM platform
- Collaborate with senior technicians to implement system patches, updates, and security measures
- Conduct user training on new software, systems, and IT policies
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical issues
