Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the research and development of emerging digital technologies to solve business operational challenges.
- Support the project management team in tracking development lifecycles and milestone delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities through automation and data analytics.
- Draft technical documentation, user guides, and project progress reports for stakeholders.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to cultivate innovative ideas and proof-of-concept initiatives.
- Maintain system records and ensure data integrity within internal technology frameworks.
- Support the implementation of software solutions and IT infrastructure updates under the supervision of senior engineers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates (or those with less than 1 year of working experience) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with programming languages or data visualization tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
