- Assist in preparation of tender documents and contract administration
- Perform material take-offs and quantity measurements
- Update payment schedules and progress claims
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement documentation

- Coordinate with project teams for financial compliance
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
- Basic knowledge of construction contracts and procurement
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
