- Manage end-to-end provider enrollment processes for healthcare networks
- Verify and maintain accurate provider documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to resolve enrollment discrepancies
- Utilize enrollment software systems to track application status and timelines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders
- Prepare and submit enrollment documentation to insurance carriers and government agencies
- Analyze enrollment data to identify process improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in provider enrollment or healthcare administration
- Proficiency with healthcare databases and enrollment software (e.g., Availity, Change Healthcare)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, ACA)
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) processes preferred
