Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and verify patient information and prescriptions.
- Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and health consultations to customers.
- Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including stock ordering, receiving, and rotation.
- Screen for drug interactions, contraindications, and allergies to ensure patient safety.
- Assist in the processing of insurance claims and healthcare documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient treatment plans and provide wellness advice.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) license issued by the Malaysian Pharmacy Board.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic uses.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex medical terms to patients clearly.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in computer systems and pharmacy management software.
