Tanggung Jawab
- Process platform software provisioning requests for customer-facing services with precision and efficiency
- Allocate telecom resources including CNAM, Vanity lookup, and SIP features according to client specifications
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to translate customer requirements into actionable provisioning plans
- Maintain detailed documentation of provisioning activities, resource allocations, and system configurations
- Monitor and troubleshoot provisioning workflows to ensure optimal performance and service quality
- Implement automation tools to streamline provisioning processes and reduce manual intervention
- Stay current with telecom industry standards and emerging provisioning technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software provisioning or telecom operations
- Strong understanding of telecom protocols (SIP, CNAM, VoIP) and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (Python, Bash, Ansible)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and provisioning platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications (AWS, CCNA, or telecom provisioning) are preferred
