Join Roche as a PSS Transformation and Solution Partner and drive impactful change within our People & Culture (P&C) ecosystem. In this strategic role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across all P&C chapters to identify transformation opportunities and implement innovative solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. You'll act as a bridge between business needs and technical capabilities, leveraging your expertise to streamline HR processes, implement cutting-edge technologies, and align initiatives with Roche's global vision. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with P&C stakeholders to diagnose operational challenges and design transformation roadmaps
- Develop and implement integrated HR solutions across talent management, payroll, and employee systems
- Lead cross-functional projects to drive digital adoption and process optimization
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Monitor solution performance and continuously enhance user experience based on feedback
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements
- Foster collaboration between IT, P&C, and business units to achieve transformation goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years experience in HR transformation, digital solutions, or consulting
- Proven expertise in HRIS implementation and process redesign methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Experience working in matrix organizations with global stakeholders
- Deep understanding of HR workflows and employee lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholders
