Elitez Group is seeking a dedicated and analytical Psychologist to join a high-impact government programme. This role sits at the intersection of clinical psychology, public policy, and data science. You will play a crucial part in evaluating the effectiveness of scam prevention and intervention initiatives, providing trauma-informed support, and conducting cutting-edge research that directly influences national strategies against online fraud and psychological harm.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement research studies to evaluate the effectiveness of current scam intervention programmes.
- Conduct psychological assessments and risk evaluations for individuals affected by scam-related trauma.
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risk factors, and protective factors related to scam victimisation.
- Prepare detailed research reports, policy briefs, and publications based on empirical findings.
- Develop and deliver trauma-informed training modules for front-line professionals and law enforcement.
- Provide clinical consultation to case managers dealing with complex psychological trauma cases.
- Ensure all activities adhere to the highest ethical standards and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across government agencies to translate research into actionable strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's or PhD in Clinical, Counselling, or Forensic Psychology.
- Full registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) and SRP eligibility.
- Minimum 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in a clinical or research setting.
- Expertise in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis (SPSS, R, or SAS).
- Proven experience in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of victimology, cyber psychology, or scam behaviours is highly desirable.
- Singapore Citizen or PR preferred.
