Join BGC Group as a Psychologist specializing in Crime Psychology to make a meaningful impact on scam victim support and trauma-informed practices. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and evaluating evidence-based programs that address the psychological aftermath of financial crimes, helping vulnerable individuals rebuild their lives. This position requires deep expertise in trauma psychology, criminal behavior patterns, and intervention strategies tailored to scam victims. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic support frameworks, conduct psychological assessments, and implement therapeutic approaches that foster resilience and recovery. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing community safety and victim empowerment through scientifically grounded methodologies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement trauma-informed support programs for scam victims
- Conduct psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for affected individuals
- Design evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness and outcomes
- Research crime psychology trends related to financial scams and fraud
- Provide specialized counseling for trauma recovery and resilience building
- Train staff and stakeholders on trauma-sensitive approaches
- Document cases and maintain confidential client records
- Collaborate with law enforcement and community partners
Kualifikasi
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Forensic Psychology
- Valid Singapore Psychologist Board license
- Minimum 3 years experience in trauma-informed care
- Specialized training in crime psychology or victim support
- Strong research and program evaluation skills
- Certification in trauma-focused therapies preferred
- Experience with scam victim psychology highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
