- Design and implement robust research protocols, including surveys, experimental designs, and qualitative methodologies.
- Collect, organize, and manage diverse datasets, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with ethical standards.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis using industry-standard software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) to identify trends, correlations, and meaningful conclusions.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, presentations, and publications synthesizing complex findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct thorough and systematic literature reviews to inform research questions, contextualize findings, and identify gaps in existing knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, academic partners, and external stakeholders on various research projects.
- Ensure all research activities adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and institutional review board requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in conducting psychological or social science research, encompassing study design, data collection, and analysis.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, R, Python (with libraries like Pandas, SciPy, StatsModels), or SAS.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, draw sound conclusions, and translate them into actionable insights.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills for crafting detailed reports, delivering compelling presentations, and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
