Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Teaching qualification or certification (PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent)
- Proven experience teaching IGCSE and A-Level Psychology curriculum
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, research methods, and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson materials and assessments
