Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the industrialization process of new products in strict accordance with IPROM procedures and V5000 roadmaps.
- Design, develop, and optimize injection molding processes to meet manufacturing cycle times and quality specifications.
- Lead technical feasibility studies and participate in cross-functional design reviews to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DFM) compliance.
- Collaborate with tool makers and equipment vendors to manage the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new molding tools and machinery.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production bottlenecks through root-cause analysis (RCA) and systematic process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards within the manufacturing facility.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including process parameters, work instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in injection molding process engineering or industrialization roles.
- Strong knowledge of IPROM, V5000 roadmaps, or similar industrial project management frameworks.
- Proven expertise in polymer science, mold design, and injection molding machinery setup.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and data-driven process monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform complex problem-solving in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
