In this pivotal leadership position, you will be responsible for steering our accounting operations and ensuring strict adherence to PSAK (Persyaratan Akuntansi Keuangan) standards. You will oversee the end-to-end tax compliance process, ensuring our obligations are met efficiently and accurately. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex financial reporting, lead internal audits, and provide critical financial insights to the executive team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) in all financial statements.
- Oversee and manage tax compliance, including VAT, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial audits to ensure internal controls are effective.
- Prepare complex financial analysis and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and provide training on accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Public Accounting or Corporate Finance.
- Holder of CPA Indonesia certification or Chartered Accountant (CA) status.
- Valid Tax Agent License (Brevet A, B, and C) is mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and PSAK standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
