Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas within the restaurant, including dining areas, lounges, restrooms, entranceways, and corridors.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing surfaces, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Ensure restrooms are consistently stocked with supplies, clean, and well-maintained throughout operating hours.
- Monitor and promptly report any maintenance issues, damages, or hazards observed in public areas to the supervisor.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of furniture or decorations in public spaces for events as needed.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to company policies and environmental guidelines.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and ensuring seamless operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform duties requiring standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment, with a willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and possessing a positive, 'can-do' attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Residency in Bali or willingness to relocate is highly advantageous.
