In this role, you will be responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of all non-residential areas within the premises. - Dust, polish, and clean furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in lobbies, corridors, and meeting rooms to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly, paying special attention to high-traffic areas and ensuring they are free of dust and debris.
- Empty trash bins and ashtrays in public areas, replacing liners and ensuring waste disposal is hygienic.
- Restock and replenish amenities such as toilet paper, soap, and towels in public restrooms to ensure guest convenience.
- Report any maintenance issues, broken fixtures, or cleanliness hazards to the supervisor immediately for prompt repair.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and adhere to all company dress codes and hygiene policies.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is stored correctly and maintained in good working order after use.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina, as the role involves standing, walking, and lifting light objects.
- Fluency in English is a plus; Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
