Aston Hotels is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant (Daily Worker) to join our team in Bandung. As a key member of our housekeeping and facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of our hotel, ensuring that every guest experience is comfortable, clean, and welcoming.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and elevators, are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
- Perform regular floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, according to hotel SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness of furniture, glass surfaces, and decorative ornaments within designated areas.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Replenish supplies such as hand towels, soaps, and disinfectants in public washrooms.
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all hotel health and safety protocols.
- Assist the housekeeping department with special requests or tasks as required during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education equivalent to High School (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must be disciplined, honest, and possess a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
