Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and order of all public areas including classrooms, corridors, lobbies, and outdoor spaces
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including vacuums, floor polishers, and pressure washers
- Manage inventory and restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products
- Adhere to strict hygiene and safety protocols in accordance with institutional standards
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions promptly
- Collaborate with facilities team to coordinate deep cleaning projects and special events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Physical ability to stand, lift (up to 15kg), and perform repetitive tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
