As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be the face of our sanctuary, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and that our public spaces remain pristine, functional, and inviting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all public areas are kept clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information regarding sanctuary facilities and services.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general hospitality needs.
- Monitor public amenities to ensure they are fully stocked and well-maintained.
- Uphold the sanctuary's core values of respect and care in every interaction.
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the management team promptly.
- Support operational tasks as assigned to ensure seamless daily service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality or a related field.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, guest services, or public area maintenance is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
