Tanggung Jawab
- Represent PERSOL professionally at various events, functions, and public engagements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with media representatives, influencers, and key stakeholders
- Develop compelling content for press releases, social media, and other communication channels
- Monitor media coverage and analyze public perception of our brand
- Organize and coordinate press conferences, media tours, and other PR events
- Assist in crisis management by responding to media inquiries and addressing public concerns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
- Track and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns and initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in public relations, customer service, or a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong writing abilities with experience in crafting press releases and other PR materials
- Proficiency in social media management and digital communication tools
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for representing a brand
- Must be available for a 4-day work schedule with day shift hours
