Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in public speaking, coaching, or teaching communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and motivate diverse audiences
- Strong command of Indonesian and English languages
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology, or related field
- Certification in public speaking or coaching preferred (e.g., Toastmasters, Dale Carnegie)
