Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-impact public speaking workshops and coaching sessions both online and in-person.
- Provide constructive, personalized feedback to students to help them improve their delivery, tone, and content structure.
- Develop and refine training modules, ensuring materials are up-to-date with modern communication trends.
- Conduct assessment sessions to evaluate student progress and provide certification recommendations.
- Facilitate interactive group exercises and simulations to build student confidence and impromptu speaking skills.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dialogika during external workshops, webinars, or promotional events.
- Maintain records of student attendance and performance metrics to ensure quality control.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Public Speaking Coach, Trainer, or Professional Speaker.
- Exceptional command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, specifically in verbal delivery and written articulation.
- Strong understanding of vocal variety, body language, and storytelling techniques.
- Proven ability to manage a classroom or group setting with high energy and student engagement.
- Currently residing in the Jabodetabek area with the ability to travel for onsite sessions if required.
- Educational background in Communications, Public Relations, Education, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Certifications from Toastmasters International or similar public speaking organizations are a significant advantage.
