We are seeking a highly skilled Pump Engineering Manager to lead our technical team and ensure optimal pump performance across our operations. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for determining pump specifications suitable for field operating conditions and managing the entire procurement process for pumps and related equipment.
The ideal candidate will design efficient fluid handling systems, conduct technical feasibility studies, and ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards. You will play a key role in driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and managing complex engineering projects within a dynamic environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the engineering team in the design, selection, and specification of pumps for various industrial applications.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and quality control.
- Analyze field operating conditions to optimize pump performance and energy efficiency.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with local regulations and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pump engineering, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of pump types (centrifugal, positive displacement, etc.) and hydraulic principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Valid engineering license (required in Indonesia).
