Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-life cycle of dewatering and slurry pumping systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee engineering operations in mining areas, enforcing strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards to minimize risk.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Manage a diverse engineering team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process flow, reduce downtime, and improve energy efficiency.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, capital expenditure proposals, and operational budgets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pumping systems, dewatering, or slurry transport within the mining or industrial sector.
- Proven track record of managing engineering teams and leading large-scale technical projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of pump specifications, centrifugal pumps, and hydraulic modeling software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and cost reduction.
- Valid Indonesian Professional Engineer (Sipil) license is a plus.
