- Develop and maintain client relationships in construction, infrastructure, and heavy machinery sectors
- Generate new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications for pump and road machinery
- Prepare customized sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data for performance tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in construction equipment or heavy machinery
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness for field visits
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of local construction industry and regulatory requirements
