You will manage end-to-end purchasing processes, from requisition handling to supplier onboarding, ensuring timely delivery of critical maritime assets. The ideal candidate will optimize procurement workflows to align with budgetary constraints and regulatory requirements, contributing directly to operational efficiency and cost savings in our offshore logistics chain.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage vessel requisition processing from initiation to fulfillment
- Source, vet, and negotiate with qualified suppliers for maritime equipment
- Ensure timely delivery of procurement items within budget parameters
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Optimize procurement workflows for cost-efficiency and sustainability
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams on inventory planning
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in maritime/offshore industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
