Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to final delivery and payment processing.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality materials.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules to optimize company cost-savings.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production and logistics departments to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Prepare purchase orders and track the status of shipments to ensure timely arrivals.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and vendor performance reports.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and material price fluctuations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar procurement role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP/Inventory management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
