We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Purchase Planning Executive to join the dynamic team at Exis Tech Sdn Bhd in Seremban. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring that production schedules run smoothly by coordinating closely with various departments. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of data accuracy, particularly regarding Bill of Materials (BOM), and proactively monitoring material progress to prevent any operational delays.
As a key member of the planning team, you will assist in optimizing procurement processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between purchasing, production, and inventory departments.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of Bill of Materials (BOM) and related planning data.
- Monitor material availability and project progress to identify potential supply chain bottlenecks early.
- Support the planning department with daily operations, including data entry and report generation.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues and facilitate timely delivery of materials.
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchase planning, inventory control, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Malaysian citizenship or valid work pass.
