Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving discrepancies.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, credit terms, and service level agreements with vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Perform regular market analysis to stay updated on pricing trends and material availability.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline supply chain workflows and minimize operational downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with ERP systems is highly advantageous.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
