- Source and procure food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and operational materials from reliable vendors
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to optimize cost-efficiency
- Manage inventory levels, reorder points, and stock rotation for freshness
- Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers/cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality specifications
- Collaborate with kitchen teams to forecast purchasing needs and menu requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor performance metrics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in food service or F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of food ingredients, kitchen equipment, and restaurant supply chains
- Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and procurement software
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven purchasing decisions
