In this key role, you will oversee the procurement of all goods and services required for our operations, ensuring that we maintain the highest quality standards while optimizing costs. From sourcing fresh ingredients to managing supplier relationships, your work will directly impact the efficiency and success of our cafe.
As a Purchaser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with our business goals. You will negotiate contracts, evaluate suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of products. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will help us identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Collaboration with our kitchen and management teams will be essential to forecast needs and maintain optimal inventory levels.
We are seeking a professional with proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage industry. - Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet operational needs and cost targets.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards for all purchased goods.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in hospitality or food service.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with local suppliers and market conditions in Makati City.
