Tanggung Jawab
- Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, quotation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
- Maintain and update the approved vendor list while actively scouting for cost-effective and reliable new suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Perform cost analysis to ensure competitive pricing and alignment with project budgets.
- Prepare comprehensive procurement reports and maintain accurate filing of purchase documentation.
- Resolve discrepancies regarding quantity, quality, or delivery delays with suppliers promptly.
- Ensure strict adherence to company procurement policies and safety compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail and cost-saving opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with Tuas or West Region logistics operations is a distinct advantage.
