Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and identifying reliable suppliers for hotel supplies, food and beverage items, and operational equipment.
- Negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure the best value for the resort.
- Managing inventory levels to prevent stock shortages or overstocking of essential items.
- Reviewing and approving purchase orders to ensure accuracy and strict compliance with company standards.
- Conducting market research to find new products or better deals that align with our budget.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand specific operational needs and procurement timelines.
- Maintaining accurate records of all purchases, deliveries, and supplier performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of verifiable experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and relevant supply categories (e.g., linens, food supplies, amenities).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in inventory management software or MS Office applications (Excel is essential).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
