Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate new vendors to ensure the best quality materials and pricing for the company.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to maximize value.
- Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders (POs) and monitor their status.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse and production teams to manage inventory levels.
- Resolve any supply chain discrepancies or delays to maintain production schedules.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and material costs.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier communications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess supplier performance and costs.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
